DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS 15 MINUTES BEFORE MEETING STARTS

Tips:

          • You will NOT be sent an email inviting you to log on to the meeting. Please use the instructions here to log into the meeting via WebEx.

          • Testimony is the first thing to occur in the meeting after brief opening remarks, so log on well in advance and be ready!

          • If you have trouble logging on, post in the Facebook group for assistance, and hopefully someone can help you!

          • Names will be called a few at a time, so you will know when you are a few spots away from your turn. You will get a brief audio check when called on before allowing you to begin. THEY WILL MOVE ON if you do not “respond” when called on for your turn.

          • You will have only about 2 minutes to testify (exact length TBA at start of meeting). Prep in advance for possible scenarios and mind your time!

          • Take a deep breath before you begin, and remind yourself to speak S-L-O-W-L-Y!
